President: Ben
Ben was born in Rome, Ga. and graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing. Ben believes in involvement. Ben is a former President and Vice President of the Pawnbrokers Association of Georgia and former President, Vice President, and Secretary of the National Pawnbrokers Association. Having grown up in a family business being an entrepreneur comes naturally.
“Being a “Mom and Pop” pawn shop allows us to run our store on a much more personal level with our customers. Everyone at some point in their lives can hit hard times. We are here to help them with repect and kindness through those times.”
Vice President: Joel
Joel is a fifth generation pawnbroker who has worked at Dynasty since 2003. Joel graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. Joel also has his Graduate Diamonds Degree from The Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
“What I like most about Dynasty is the customer interaction. The people you meet and the stories they tell will stay with me for life. I love talking with everyone that comes through the door and hearing about their life experiences, and learning from them. Some of our customers have stories of struggle, and others tell stories of triumph. We have a great customer base here in Norcross who need our pawn shop service, and we understand that our customers are the ones who keep us in business and we appreciate every single one of them.”
Manager: Alex
Alex was born in Russia and lived the majority of his life in the Atlanta area. He has been in the pawn industry for over 40 years. He has previously worked for a family owned operation as well as a corporation giving him a wealth of knowledge about running a pawn shop.
“I truly enjoy having conversations with customers. The interactions across the counter have always been some of my fondest memories as a pawn broker!”
Pawnbroker: Marco
Marco was born in Mexico and raised primarily in Atlanta. Marco previously worked in the pawn industry just shy of two years before joining the Dynasty team!

Pawnbroker: Jeronimo
Jeronimo moved from Southern California where he studied Architectural Drafting and Design. He has ten years of management experience in the retail industry and five years of experience in marketing.
“Being in the customer service industry has showed me that the most important part of any business is its customers. Here at Dynasty, it is more about family. Every customer that walks in, we strive to make sure they leave with knowing they are a part of the Dynasty Family!”
Pawnbroker: Blake
Blake was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. He has an associates degree in finance and a total of 10 years in the pawn/finance industry. He also has an extensive knowledge in a wide array of products, especially watches, jewelry and guitars.
“I love the pawn industry and the people who are involved with it, especially the customers. We get to meet people from all different walks of life and this is one of the only industries that can allow that type of interaction. I enjoy meeting our customers and doing what I can to meet their needs!”
Pawnbroker: Daily
Daily was born in Cuba where she graduated with an Economics degree from the University of Havana. She moved to the United States in 2014 and has worked in the fine jewelry and customer service industries.

Pawnbroker: Yareth
Yareth was born in Mexico where she studied Industrial Psychology. She moved to Atlanta in 2017 and has worked in customer service since 2016.
